Sheikh Fahad bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi is a board member of Al Rajhi Ekhwan Group and Chairman of Yanbu Cement Company. He also serves as Vice Chairman of Sipchem and Musharaka Financial Company, and chairs SGN and AdFlex. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Dr. Abdulla Shafeea is the Group CEO of Al Rajhi Ekhwan Group, and the Chairman of Sulaiman Al Rajhi Sons Company. Dr. Abdulla held the position of Managing Director and CEO of The Investor for Financial Securities Company, and the Head of Equities at Al-Istithmar Capital Company, affiliated with the Saudi Investment Bank, after he moved from Al Baraka Banking Group, where he was Chief Investment Officer. He was also the International Stocks Portfolios Manager and Real Estate Funds Manager for Al-Arabi Capital, a subsidiary of the Arab National Bank. Dr. Abdulla Shafeea holds a Doctorate degree in Economics from Zurich, Switzerland, a Master’s Degree in Finance from Chicago, USA, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Wales in Uk.

Worked as Assistant Director General (Projects) at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management with honors from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
